VPMC Optical Sorter

The VPMC optical sorter is a high-end optical sorting equipment tailored for the plastic recycling and production industries. Combining dual-band SWIR cameras and RGB cameras, it performs dual optical detection based on differences in polymer materials and colors to accurately identify and sort plastic flakes. It is mainly applied to the efficient separation and purification of PET and non-PET polymers, effectively improving the purity of recycled plastics to meet the manufacturing requirements of new products.
