Exclusively developed for whole fresh carrots, it is equipped with high-resolution RGB color imaging and high-brightness LED lighting. It clearly detects color defects including surface browning, mildew spots, green shoulders and rot, as well as shape abnormalities such as malformation, bifurcation, bending and cracks. It also precisely picks out various biological and processing defects like scratches, cuts, dents, residual peels, insect damage, leftover stems and leaves, and soil clods.
It adopts a synchronous scanning design combining top and side detection on the conveyor belt. Supported by an AI-enabled four-in-one defect inspection system and self-developed deep learning algorithms, the device keeps optimizing recognition performance with new samples, delivering higher detection accuracy and lower false judgment rate.
The whole machine is built with food-grade stainless steel. Fully sealed sorting chamber and pneumatic-electrical cabinet withstand high-pressure water washing and chemical disinfection, adapting to harsh processing environments. The integrated humidity control system ensures long-term stable operation.
Fitted with optimally designed pneumatic jet valve rejection units, which balance durability, response speed and air consumption. It maintains precise rejection even under high-speed and high-capacity operation, lowering false rejection rate and overall operating costs.
