Donar DE-XRT Sorter Pro leverages the exceptional hybrid of AI powered Dual-Energy X-ray Transmission and High-Resolution RGB Imaging. By measuring the differences in absorption and penetration of dual-energy X-rays by different materials and surface features as well, it achieves precise separation of aluminum and heavy metal impurities in non-ferrous metal scraps mix. Additionally, it efficiently distinguishes cast aluminum from wrought aluminum by detecting the differences of structure, density and surface features.
